Dec.20/06 - YA UPDATE

Good eveing gang:

          Well well, what an amazing weekend man...woo hoo! It all started Sat. PM with the Oasis Hockey Team playing their hearts out. Sun we enjoyed church and a nice curry potluck meal thanks to Milky and Bon Voyage to my favourite Japanese Brotha from a different Motha(more on this coo cat lata). Sun night was time to bust out my skating skills at the ANNUAL OASIS CHURCH SK8. It was a blast seeing people having fun and falling up?!? Monday Night @ the Manafest Concert was fo sho the place to be in D-town! The concert was over the top, you shoulda seen Robbo in the mosh during Fridays Cry...i know what ur thinking...."I DIDN'T KNOOOOOOW, THAT ROBB WAS A HARDCORE MOSHER" Well I guess you will hafta check out the pics and vids on my MEDIA page soon for all the 411. And to top it all off, we play some Texas Hold 'EM with Manafest. Later that evening Naoaki wowed the crowd with a spectacular hand. He was droppin some H-core hammers on us, with his straight flush. Oh don't worry, we caught it on video as well (coming soon to a website near you).

 

     BS on Wed. was awesome as well, we had our Christmas Potluck Dinner. Thanks so much for all u peeps for bringing all the good food,snacks and drinks. After Dinner, we did our Gift Exchange,where Stu ended up with some of the most beautiful candles I have ever seen. We finished off the night with some 4 on a Couch, where the girls dominated the boyz.(They musta been cheatin...) Tonight, if you didn't know already, there is NO BS until the New Year. We are taking a break to celebrate the Birth of the Lord Jesus Christ!

 

     Speaking of New Years, I really need to hear from you right away about our Party. I need to make dinner and other activity reservations before everything is booked. So don't procrastinate...participate. If there are not enough people committed to coming we will scrap the plans by this weekend. Our night will be similar to what we did last year, with a fancy dinner, glow in the dark bowling, etc. Ask for details. So please email me by tomorrow or we may end up cancelling the whole thing.

 

     Drop in Floor Hockey @ Woodlands is postponed till TUE. Jan 9. Come check it out, we had some crazy fans watching last time, so come and cheer us on and watch me beat Gareth like a rented mule.
